Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible in managing and overseeing the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn. S/he is expected to be exceptionally detail oriented, and able to track multiple facets of the warehouse at any given time. 

Job Qualifications / Experience 

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or any other related field. 
• 2+ years of warehouse management experience preferred. 
• 3 years experience in a warehouse lead role managing hourly employees. 
• Experience of working and dealing with people in a warehouse setting Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures. 
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory. 
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Swahili, 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. 
• Leadership skills and ability to manage employees.
