Basic Job Functions

• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to Team Leaders
• Implementation of Sales strategies at the Zonal level
• Establish effective relationships and collaborations with the key stakeholders
• Motivation, mentoring and ensuring high energy levels of the teams in sales
• Review reports from all branches

Job Qualification & Skills

• Minimum of University Degree in Bachelor Administration or any business related field.
• Proven experience in leading, coaching, supervising and managing a team.
