Working in a customer focused environment, he/she will be backed by individuals within Creditinfo that are supportive and collaborative and can provide a wealth of experience and expert knowledge to help him/her successfully achieve his/her own goals.
The primary tasks and responsibilities of the Account Manager are varied, providing an opportunity to combine the use of and develop the individual’s analytical, technical, business development & sales skills, along with consultancy. They will be responsible for delivering the objectives of Creditinfo Tanzania in the region. The primary objective is to leverage an agreed portfolio of Creditinfo products.
Key responsibilities will include:
Identify new sales opportunities and deliver sales of Creditinfo products, data, and services
Be one of the technical and industry experts in the field
Manage and nurture existing client relationships and their portfolio of Creditinfo products, data, and services ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction are achieved.
Assist Creditinfo to grow its businesses by selling complementary products and support all other local sales activities.
The role will be supported by a network of global product and support specialists whose jobs are to assist the Account Manager in achieving the objectives of the Creditinfo Tanzania team.
Candidate Requirements
Experience in Account Management, Sales and/or Business Development
Be based and eligible to work in Tanzania or willing to relocate
Good command, written and verbal, of English language mandatory. Other languages beneficial.
Aptitude to work autonomously
Proven ability to develop and grow sales
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate and influence at all levels within a multicultural organization both internally and within client organizations
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a flair for delivering effective presentations
A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Self-confident and decisive with a high level of personal impact.
Highly Desirable
Risk Analytics or wider Financial Service Industry experience (minimum 3 years)
Ambitious / Driven character
Knowledge of Creditinfo or similar products and services
