Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Assist in preparing financial statements and coordinating audits.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Utilize ERP and accounting software, including Tally, to streamline financial activities.
Ensure timely submission of tax returns and statutory filings.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and analysis.
Maintain confidentiality of financial data and uphold ethical accounting practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA certification (mandatory).
Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and Tally.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
