Accountants (4 Positions)
Location: Dar es Salaam
Purpose of the Position
To provide essential support to the Finance Department, Head of Accounts, and overall Management by diligently executing routine accounting and financial tasks within the company.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
3–5 years of demonstrable experience in finance and taxation.
Candidates should not exceed 45 years of age.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Advanced IT knowledge is considered a significant advantage.
Strong communication skills are essential.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and meticulously examine payroll, financial statements, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Register new employees with NSSF and diligently prepare monthly submissions for TRA, NSSF, WCF, and other statutory returns.
Ensure the utmost accuracy and completeness of all accounts and financial documentation.
Effectively manage both creditors and debtors records.
Calculate provisional tax obligations and provide comprehensive support for audit processes.
Guarantee accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing procedures.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform and support management decision-making.
Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing insightful management reports.
Analyze chargeable and non-chargeable time on a monthly basis.
Update accounts receivable and payable, and prepare comprehensive aging analyses.
Compute, pay, and submit all relevant taxes and statutory returns accurately and on time.
Sales and Marketing Managers (3 Positions)
Location: Dar es Salaam
Purpose of the Position
To spearhead revenue growth, enhance our market presence, and formulate effective sales and marketing strategies that drive the company's success.
Key Responsibilities
Budgeting and strategic business planning.
Development and execution of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
Experience in sales and marketing within the security industry is a highly desirable advantage.
Production of compelling marketing materials, including emails, proposals, bids, website content, brochures, and videos.
Contract review and negotiation.
Customer relationship management and exceptional customer service delivery.
Driving revenue growth and increasing overall market share.
Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis.
Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is considered an added advantage.
Over 5 years of proven and successful experience in sales and marketing roles.
Previous experience in sales and marketing within the security industry is a significant advantage.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation techniques.
Demonstrated experience in market research, data analysis, and customer segmentation.
Familiarity with essential marketing tools such as Google Analytics and various email marketing platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking abilities coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
