Accounts Payable Officer
Reporting to: Finance Manager
Bravo Coco Beach is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team. The role will manage supplier invoices, payments, reconciliations, and vendor relations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify invoices, match with POs and delivery notes.
Prepare and execute vendor payments (cheques, transfers, mobile).
Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain vendor records and handle queries.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and internal controls.
Support audits, reporting, and month-end closing.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA/ACCA partly qualified or in progress an added advantage.
3+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting systems, MS Excel, and Tanzanian tax compliance.
High integrity, strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
