ADMINISTRATIVE & ACCOUNTANT OFFICER
HR World Limited on behalf of our client we are looking for an Administrative & Accountant Officer to manage all accounting transactions in an organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare budget forecasts
Publish financial statements in time
Handle monthly, quarterly&annual closings.
Reconcile accounts payable&receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Audit financial transactions&documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality&conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies&regulations
Organizing&managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers,&senior-level officers
Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone,&physical mail
Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials&requisitioning meeting spaces
Attend meetings and record notes & messages for managers and senior-level officers.
QUALIFICATIONS;
A degree in accounting or similar.
Previous working experience as an Accounting Officer.
Knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
Proficiency in management systems.
Administration skills.
