Responsibilities
Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as generating and managing daily sales reports and general bill payments that need to be filed and paid and sorting and distributing incoming mail.Assist with billing by preparing and sending invoices; maintain client databases; track accounts and assist in copying and distributing production orders and other internal documents as requested.Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
Qualifications:

Proven administrative experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
