AFTER-SALES MANAGERINDUSTRY: AUTOMOTIVEHR World on behalf of our reputable client we’re looking for an Aftersales Manager to lead day-to-day operations service and ensure customer satisfaction and profitability are maximized.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
Drive a high-performance culture, ensuring performance is rewarded and underperformance is managed.
Oversee the service and parts department, managing resource levels and productivity.
Accurately produce dealership reporting, in line with group reporting frameworks.
Support the dealership to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with the company's, manufacturer, and regulatory requirements.
To support technically the network of authorized repairers and provide troubleshooting upon request.
To assure and immediately respond to technical and warranty supports requested from the network and in compliance with targets defined annually.
Warranty claims evaluation and approval within the approved budget and in line with the company processes
To manage the service and Safety Campaign rollout.
To advise the network on After Sales budget management and target achievement
REQUIREMENT;
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
A minimum of 6 years of work experience in the Automotive Industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a large and diverse team
