JOB DETAILS:
The Agroforestry Manager will be responsible for the following:
Serve as the organization’s technical agroforestry expert
Have knowledge of the value chain and processing requirements of each crop recommended
Understand the ideal and actual mechanical requirements of an agroforestry system in Kigoma
Create growth assessment templates for all crops grown
Manage all data entry and analysis of all crops grown
Make regular visits to our eight agroforestry plots to monitor growth and address any issues that may arise
Directly support team operations
Support organizational efforts to make agroforestry programs more efficient and
