Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Lecturer at UNIQUE ACADEMY LIMITED in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Assistant Lecturer will be responsible for assisting senior faculty in delivering lectures, preparing course materials, grading assignments, and providing academic support to students. Additionally, the Assistant Lecturer will participate in curriculum development and contribute to the academic community within the institution.
Qualifications
Strong presentation and communication skills
Knowledge of educational theories and practices
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience in conducting research and academic writing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational technology tools
Master's degree in the relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technbology, Computer Engineering, etc.)
Previous teaching or tutoring experience
