HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a qualified and motivated Assistant Project Manager who will support site operations, ensure service excellence, and oversee catering and facility management functions.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Site Manager in overseeing catering and facility operations at the site.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements.
Manage staff performance, training, and scheduling.
Monitor budgets, resources, and service delivery.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement in service quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in Project Management.
Strong track record in Catering and Facility Management.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure service excellence.
