Assistant Sales Managers with Insurance Sales Experience
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Sales Managers to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for insurance sales and customer service, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
Key Responsibilities:

Insurance Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate coverage, and clearly explaining policy benefits.
Sales Growth: Support the achievement of NipeBoost and IPF (Insurance Premium Financing) sales targets by driving customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and identifying new market opportunities.
Operations: Assist in overseeing day-to-day agent center operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with internal policies.
Customer Service: Uphold high service standards and manage escalated customer issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Support the Sales Manager in coaching, mentoring, training, and conducting performance reviews for sales agents.
Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to credit policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls to protect the company's assets.
Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales, performance, and portfolio reports, and communicate key updates from Head Office.
Strategy Execution: Support the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns and provide field insights to inform product and process improvements.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
3-5 years' experience in sales or operations
Background in financial services or digital lending (added advantage)
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Proven ability to meet sales targets
High integrity and professionalism
