Zanlink Limited is looking for an energetic, organised, and technically minded individual to join our SDU & Network Department as a Back-Office Coordinator. This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to learn, take responsibility, and grow within a fast-paced telecommunications environment.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Coordinating day-to-day communication and activities among SDU and Network team members.
Maintaining effective communication and alignment between the SDU/Network, NOC, Customer Support and other relevant departments.
Following up on assigned activities, outstanding actions and departmental deliverables.
Preparing and consolidating daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
Maintaining accurate departmental records, trackers, procedures and other required documentation.
Supporting the monitoring of network alarms and performance through NOC monitoring systems and ensuring that issues are promptly escalated to the responsible teams.
Tracking customer installation, network maintenance and fault-resolution activities and providing timely status updates.
Collecting operational feedback from field teams and ensuring that it is communicated to the appropriate persons.
Recording meeting actions and following up with responsible team members until completion.
Supporting departmental planning, coordination and general administrative requirements.
Ensuring that reports, records and supporting documents are accurate, complete, updated and readily available.


Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or another relevant technical field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; up to one year of relevant experience will be an advantage.
Basic understanding of telecommunications, networking or IT operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organisational, coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to prepare clear reports and maintain accurate records.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other reporting tools.
Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Willingness to learn, take initiative and work in a demanding operational environment.
