Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare reconciliation statements
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and laws
Identify and mitigate risks in bank operations
Ensure accurate transaction processing
Maintain financial records
Open and manage accounts for customers
Build and maintain positive client relationships and resolve issues or queries on banking operations
Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cheque payments
Provide inputs in the preparation of plans, budgets, and procurement as required
Provide inputs for the preparation of reports as required
Provide inputs for the development and review of policies and procedures as required
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications and Experience
Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration majoring in Banking or Finance, or its equivalent from a recognized institution with at least Upper Second Class.
