Basic Job Functions
Support recruitment of sales agents to ensure achievement of sales targets and team retention
Conduct loan appraisals in line with credit and compliance policies while supporting loan recovery.
Manage branch assets and inventory, ensuring proper usage, maintenance, and compliance.
Drive sales performance by implementing strategies for new and repeat business growth
Cross-sell loan products and assist in converting leads from various channels
Ensure strict adherence to credit, customer service, collection and compliance policy

Desired Qualifications
At least a Diploma in any business-related discipline from a recognized institution
At least 3 years' experience in sales and marketing
Understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing financial institutions in Tanzania
Understanding, dynamics and knowledge of the financial industry.
Ability to deliver as a team and as an individual.
