HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager who will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing staff, driving business growth, and ensuring excellent service delivery in alignment with company objectives and policies.
Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and coordinate all branch operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.
Manage day-to-day logistics activities including transport scheduling, dispatch, and warehouse coordination.
Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare regular operational and financial reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee client relationship management to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer retention.
Identify business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and expand the company’s market presence within the region.
Manage, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals and maintain high productivity levels.
Oversee cost control measures and ensure optimal utilization of branch resources.
Coordinate with other departments including finance, HR, and operations to support overall business objectives.
Address and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth business continuity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics & Transport Management, or any related field.
Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in logistics or transport management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or branch management role.
Strong understanding of logistics operations, fleet management, and distribution networks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.
