Position: Branch Manager Arusha
Academic Qualifications:
A University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field.
Technical Skills/Competencies:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role managing business portfolios in business banking, SME, commercial, or corporate sectors within a financial institution.
In-depth knowledge of the local banking industry, banking products, services, and regulations.
Strong communication, influencing, leadership, selling, and negotiation skills.
