We are hiring a Buffet Food Server (Kupakua Chakula) responsible only for portioning food from the buffet and placing it on plates for guests. You will not deliver food to tables — your focus will be on clean, accurate, and hygienic serving.
Key Responsibilities
Serve food portions from the buffet to plates as per set standards.
Follow portion control to avoid wastage.
Keep the buffet counter clean, neat, and well-presented.
Refill serving trays when food runs low (in coordination with kitchen staff).
Maintain high hygiene standards at all times.
Serve guests politely and professionally.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in food serving or buffet service is an advantage.
Neat personal appearance and good hygiene.
Friendly, polite, and attentive attitude.
Ability to work standing for long periods.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
