BUSINESS ANALYSTINDUSTRY: EDUCATIONLOCATION: DODOMAOn behalf of our reputable client HR World Ltd is looking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Providing financial Information to aid the decision-making process.
Harmonizing the allocation of capital and resources with the operating budget.
Determining and developing user requirements for maximum profitability
Performing financial and operational modeling and developing new models for good business decisions.
Collect and analyze the projects business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development team.
Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
Facilitate requirements prioritization based on business value.
Assist in enforcement of project deadlines, schedules and methodologies
Optimize budget for various requirements and ensure cost efficiency.
Collaborate with various teams and maintain proper communications
Effectively collaborated with project member to ensure exchange to business information, developed innovative approaches to problem solving and continuously sought ways to improve communication and engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS;
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, BA or Entrepreneurship.
Experience in Banking especially Credit or Marketing.
Fluent with Microsoft office (excel, word &power point).
