EnsolEnergy is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development and Administration Officer. If you have a passion for the solar/energy sector and possess excellent business development and administrative skills, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or administration (solar/energy sector is an added advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the branch.
Good understanding of the local Zanzibar market.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, SME, commercial, and government sectors.
Promote and sell solar solutions, including hybrid systems, water heaters, and security lighting.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and field outreach to generate leads.
Manage the full sales cycle, including preparing quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
Represent the company in events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Support marketing campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
Oversee branch administrative operations and coordinate with technical teams.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports and track KPIs.
