Business Development Executive

HR World Limited on behalf of our client we are seeking for an experienced Business Development Executive.
Responsibilities:

Seek out the appropriate contact in potential organizations to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Develop growth strategies, Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
Manage, retain relationships and increase the value of existing clients while attracting new ones
Research potential organizations and individuals to find new opportunities to increase client base
Have in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
Write proposals and expression of Interest
Identify and map business strengths and customer needs
Research business opportunities and viable income streams
Follow industry trends locally and internationally
Report on successes and areas needing improvement
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Managing Partner

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing or related field
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
