BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEADINDUSTRY: AGR0-BUSINESSHR WORLD on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for a Business Development Lead who will be responsible for overseeing all business-related activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Performing market studies for products, competition or any other service in the company
Turn those market studies into projects by extracting relevant data
Implement and source new innovations that provide the company the competitive edge in line with the strategic directions of the company
Negotiation with suppliers, owners, principals and stakeholders to secure partnerships
See that the contractual stage of negotiation with all parties are made in interest of the company whilst abiding with the terms the company requires
Provide necessary feasibility studies and viability analysis whilst working with data and teams within the organization (especially HoDs) to determine a complete set of studies
Travel and undertake serious contacts with principals which are documented to establish relations
Oversee the company's distribution and service models are optimized with adaptations to be ahead of the market
Always look at projects that will contribute no less than 35% gross margin
Assist with market expansion into neighboring markets as the liaison for the company
Develop pitch decks for all partners that require to be pitched to, to show case the company’s capacity and corporate profiles to execute the work
REQUIREMENTS;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field
At least 6 years of proven working experience in the related industry
Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
Exceptional project management skills
Initiative and good decision-making skills
