Basic Job Functions
Conduct market research to support product development, collaborate on enhancements, and provide insights to ensure products meet customer needs and industry trends.
Drive the execution of business strategies to achieve growth objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering their development and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Ensure the timely closure of all points raised in the audit report by implementing corrective actions and ensuring compliance with recommendations.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Experience in leading and motivating teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Job Qualification & Experience
A bachelor’s degree/Master Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics or a related field.
At least 5 years and above of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the financial services or microfinance sector.
Proven experience in managing business relationships and driving growth within a financial institution, preferably in microfinance or related sectors.
Understanding of financial analysis, market research, and business strategy within the context of microfinance.
