Business Development Officer
HR World Ltd on behalf of our client, we are looking for a Business Development Officer who will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing proposals, and managing the entire bidding process to support the company’s business growth strategy.
Responsibilities
Identify and monitor tender opportunities relevant to the company’s services.
Prepare and submit competitive and compliant tender documents.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather required documentation and inputs.
Analyze tender requirements and ensure timely and accurate submission.
Maintain a database of all tenders, proposals, and submissions.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis related to tenders.
Track and report on the status and outcomes of submitted tenders.
Support the development of pricing strategies and negotiation processes.
Assist in the implementation of tendering and business development strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, proposal writing, or business development, preferably in the transport and logistics industry.
Proven ability to manage tender processes from start to finish.
Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.
Results-driven and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
