HR World Limited on behalf of our client we are looking for a Business Performance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and monitoring of key business strategies, performance indicators, and budget preparations within the bank.
RESPONSIBILITIES;

•Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall organizational objectives.
•Monitor and evaluate the performance of various business units and departments against key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets. Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address performance
•Contribute to the budget planning process by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. •Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop realistic and achievable budgets that support strategic goals.
•Analyze financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and variance reports, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation, cost control, and revenue generation.
•Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial and operational findings, progress against targets, and budgetary implications.
•Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
•Assess financial risks and contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS;

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, MBA, Science, Statistics, Economics, or any related field
•Proven work experience at least 8 years in the field.
•Excellent interpersonal skills.
