INTRODUCTION
Rafiki Social Development Organization is a development and advocacy Non-Governmental and Non-profit making. Organization working with Children, Youth, Marginalized and Vulnerable groups, families and their communities to reach their full potential by advocating for their rights and tackling the causes of poverty and injustice. The Organization was established in January 2005 and registered under the NGO Act No. 24 of 2002, issued with a registration number No.00NGO/00006336 to operate in Tanzania Mainland.  Rafiki- SDO has received funding from Jhpiego to implement SAUTI project focusing on Key and vulnerable population to roll out HIV prevention for highly vulnerable adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) ages 15-24 years. RAFIKI -SDO is, therefore, seeking to recruit a highly qualified, experienced, motivated and dynamic individual to fill the following position as shown below:  III: JOB TITLE: CASH TRANSFER FOCAL PERSON -(1 POST) OFFICE LOCATION: Shinyanga Municipal council – TanzaniaWORK STATION: Shinyanga District council REPORTING TO: Deputy program manager /Program Manager/Executive Director – Sauti project Duration: One year Salary: Attractive package 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Degree in Social works, Sociology, Rural Development or community developments and related degree program from recognized institutions.
At least with 3 years of experience in a health-based project with a focus on HIV/AIDS, FP, STIs and SRHE and other KvP Proven knowledge on AGYW and Gender-based violence.
Proven skills on Gender and women focused rights and policies
Experienced in implementing the project with focus on Key Vulnerable Population (KVP) Ability to manage the team and meet deadlines which are results based
Flexibility and ability to copy with multi-cultural/behavioral practices
Proven records of good relationship with co-staff, facilitation, team building, and coordination skills will be added advantage
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in English and Kiswahili
Readiness to work under pressure, ability to work under minimum supervision and willingness to work overtime for project prosperity
Computer literacy is highly required
Ability to work 90% in rural and remote areas 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure all Rafiki-SDO staff are aware of the Cash Transfer Program Standard Operating Procedures provisions and processes
Monthly follow up of all vAGYW registered in CTP in Shinyanga District council and updating the live excel sheet to be provided
Troubleshooting technical concerns related to phone, sim card and general access to mobile money
Coordinating and working closely with the Regional Tigo office to reverse technical related details to ensure vAGYW fully benefit from CTP
Follow up on any reported adverse events and coordinating necessary CTP related referrals (legal, psychosocial, biomedical etc)
Ensuring all adverse events are recorded and reported timely to ODK through the mobile application, or escalated immediately per the CTP SOP
Monitoring uptake and responses to IVR and SMS message schedules sent to CTP registered vAGYW
Collecting success stories related to CTP
Assisting the Sauti research team as necessary on the CARE study
Report writing.
Perform any other task assigned y your supervisor
