To ensure all transactions run smoothly and maximize customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesInvoicing all customersManage transactions with customers using cash registersScan goods and ensure pricing is accurateCollect payments whether in cash or creditIssue receipts, refunds, change or ticketsCross-sell productsResolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant informationTrack transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepanciesHandle merchandise returns and exchangesPrepare cash report on Daily, weekly and monthly basisAny other assigned taskEducation & QualificationsAcademic Background: Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management, or a closely related field.Technical & Math Skills: Strong basic mathematical capabilities and baseline accounting skills for reconciling balance sheets.
