Job Responsibilities:Fault Management takes end-to-end responsibility for corrective maintenance of Network problems ensuring trouble tickets are actively managed until resolution to SLA & OLA requirements:Team Leader of Shift* or Technology Team*Takes part in escalation team*Provides OJT to others on FM procedures and MonitoringLiaises with Customer Care organizations regarding Network outagesLiaises with subcontractors and 3rd parties to resolve faultsLiaises with other service providers regarding network outagesEnsures end-end support, coordination, and control of assigned Trouble TicketsProvides reports for service outages and recommends follow up actionsReviews TT reports against SLA/OLA and recommends follow up actionsProvides Major service outage investigations and follow upEnsures planned outages are carried out/rolled back in the maintenance windowEnsures Operator Customer Care is fully updated for service affecting outagesWork Order Control (possible execution too) outside normal working hoursAlarm Monitoring, Fault Localization/Correction/Verification*Corrective Maintenance (centralized routines)*
