Job Description
To manage the Cards Operation Processes at the back end with the main function being to:

Performing cards Scheme settlements (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and UPI)
Responsible for the analysis on scheme Performance & MI
Supporting and advising business on related charges, interchanges, fees and other income lines
Participate in all cards related projects and UAT.
Handling Chargebacks, Re-presentments and other cards related disputes.
To support other card operations activities
Responsible for the control and monitoring of cost elements within the unit.   
Responsible for the integrity of the quality and service in the appropriate unit to ensure no lapses. 
Establish and maintain effective working relationship with internal and external customers.
Ensure that service levels are maintained and adhered to.
To direct and motivate staff.

 
Education
Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
