Charter Division Manager - Coastal Aviation
Position Details

Locations: Dar es Salaam & Arusha, Tanzania
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage charter flight sales opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate, tourism, NGO, government, and private clients.
Prepare charter quotations and negotiate contracts.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless charter execution.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Aviation, or related field.
Experience in charter sales and charter operations in Tanzania.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Aviation or tourism industry knowledge is an added advantage.
