Main function including: Secondary school operation, Hospital operation, various training institutions.Wish to immediately fill the vacant post of Finance DirectorPURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITIONThe Finance Director shall ensure the operation of effective system of control of the church and related institutions’ assets and liabilities. He/ She shall provide financial and management accounting services for the church including budgeting and budgetary control.Develop and maintain good public relation/ Donors and provide competent advice to management in personnel welfare. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage the full range of the church finance administration in accordance with the approved rules and regulationsEnsure sound financial management practices are developed and maintainedProvides effective financial control systems on all capital projects financed by donors by liaising fully with other managersKeep proper books of accounts including preparation of periodic/ annual reports, management reports, and statementsCoordinate and arrange for outsourced services for the churchMakes coordination with external auditorsPrepares in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, consolidated annual accounts of the churchUndertake training of staff under the section andPerform any other duties assigned by management.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION *Holder of Degree in business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent and CPA (T) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.Knowledgeable in using SAGE PASTEL accounting softwareDESIRED ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCEMust be visionary, proactive and forward-lookingMust be innovative and result orientedMust have the ability to maintain a multi-task focusMust demonstrate integrity and professionalismMust be able to work independently and under tight time schedulesApplication must reach the undersigned Email on or before 26th March 2018matomora@kiuma.orgor CHAIRMAN/DIRECTORKANISA LA UPENDO WA KRISTO MASIHI- KIUMAP.O.BOX 184,TUNDURU, RUVUMA,TANZANIA.
