JOB PURPOSEChief Financial Officer is responsible to plan and direct financial operations of the company trying at any time to reach budgeted objectives and keeping at a minimum level operating expenditures.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and execute the approved budget for the company.
Coordinate activities related to the maintenance of the fleet, equipment & infrastructure
Ensure that the processes related to assets acquisitions are aligned to the budget & policies established by the company.
Ensure that the accounting principles applied in the company are aligned with the corporate policy.
Analyse the profitability and efficiency of products and services developed by the company.
Supervise activities of the personnel of the Finance Department, measure their performance and take corrective actions to maximize productivity.
Keep the operating expenditures at a minimum level and according to the approved budget.
Ensure that the company's inventory is secured and well managed.
Coordinate the elaboration of all reports requested by the Head Office ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy.
Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget for the company.
Closely monitor and review financial statements of the company suggesting actions to the Management in order to ensure healthy financial ratios.
Coordinate and authorize payments for the company's obligations.
Plan & manage funds utilization of the company Manage the relationship between the company and internal & external auditors as well as taxes authorities.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
MBA in Finance and the Certified Public Accountant, ACCA or Certified Management Accountant.
12 years’ of work experience in related field
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
