Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the supervision of the construction industry
Registered with the Engineer’s Registration Board (ERB)
Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of applicable codes related to civil engineering
Excellent oral and written communication skills to explain technical information to non-technical audiences
Flexibility to adapt to evolving technologies
Relevant and up-to-date technical and sector knowledge
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
