FABEC Investment Limited is the Sub Contractor for WASCO ISOAF TZ LTD in the EAST AFRICA CRUDE OIL Project (EACOP) contracted to build the coating plant in EACOP coating yard in Tabora region Nzega district, Igusule ward. The company is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the following positions:
Civil Engineers: (3 Positions)
Duties and responsibilities:
Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
Assess potential risks, materials and costs
Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and othertechnical documentation as required
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from any recognized Higher Learning Institution:
Must be a Registered Engineerfrom a respective professional Board:
Must be Computer literate.
Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory:
Must be a Tanzanian Citizen:
Not less than 3 years working experience, working in earth work projects (civil works).
