Preparing and recording of clearing i.e. port charges, transportation, agency fee, vat verification and stripping, custom duties
Receiving and recording payments from the account related to our department input in ERP SYSTEM
Insuring all clearing documents are signed by the clearing manager and managing director
Insuring all agent's files are not missing any documents before preparing their payments
University graduate -Fluent in oral & written English, with at least 2 years of experience -Able to work in overtime
