To organize, coordinate, manage and develop sustainable sunflower commercial farming in compliance with the company's short and long term plans
Job Qualifications/experience
Degree in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness or Agronomy from a recognized tertiary institute or equivalent
Experience in sunflower growing and production
Substantial experience with crop protection products, fertilizers, and seeds with experience in sunflower seen production
Strong domain experience and background in farming and agricultural production
Knowledge of the trends, practices, and characteristics of farmers, specifically in Sunflower
Usage and Management of Agronomic data
Agronomy and agronomic processes
Grower and farm operations
Very strong communication and interpersonal skills with a heightened sensitivity to the issue that farmers face
Comfortable with technology
