COMMERCIAL MANAGERINDUSTRY: AUTOMOTIVEOn behalf of our reputable client HR WORLD LTD, is looking for a Commercial Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing business growth efforts on behalf of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Planning and directing the company’s marketing efforts to ensure brand exposure in target markets.
Evaluating the performance of salespeople and making hiring and firing decisions based on their results
Ensuring that all aspects of the business are complying with local, state, and federal laws
Preparing budgets, cost estimates, and other financial documents to support proposed projects
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services associations to introduce new products or services or gain new customers
Conducting training programs to help employees develop the skills they need to succeed in their jobs
Reviewing sales reports to monitor progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement
Designing and implementing incentive programs to encourage good performance and increase sales.
QUALIFICATIONS;
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Commercial Manager
Experienced in Truck, Construction equipment, Cargo equipment, and Agro equipment are a plus.
Basic Technical knowledge is valued.
Must be a strategic thinker and a have strong negotiation skills.
