COMMERCIAL MANAGERINDUSTRY: AGRIBUSINESSLOCATION: ARUSHAHR World Limited on behalf of our client are looking for a Commercial Manager to add value to the company’s growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and driving sales performance of the regional managers in the field of Agribusiness.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing and implementingstrategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on opportunities
Develop and maintain promotional material inventory of Point of Sale Material for indoor retail execution and outdoor visual sign system for the company brand.
Plan and coordinate Trade Shows; Farmers Days and Company sponsored exhibitions that promotes brand awareness and brand visibility.
Work collaboratively with the Commercial Team to develop campaigns, testimonials, Ambassadorial Program and new product development and introduction strategies.
Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.)
Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in Agriculture/Business Administration or related field relevant field
Proven experience as commercial Manager in Agribusiness or other relevant role (8 years)
Proven experience in sales/marketing and managing relationships with key clients
