Job Title: Compliance and Safety Officer with ISO Certification (ISO 45001 2018 &/or ISO 9001 2015)
We are looking for a driven and experienced Compliance and Safety Officer who holds ISO certification (ISO 45001 2018 & ISO 9001 2015) to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead compliance and safety initiatives within our organization, ensuring adherence to ISO standards and promoting a culture of safety and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs and safety protocols in alignment with ISO standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify compliance and safety issues.
Stay current on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to mitigate risks.
Provide compliance and safety training to employees at all levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance and safety concerns.
Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory bodies and management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Compliance, or related field.
Certification in ISO standards (ISO 450012018 and/or ISO 9001 2015) required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, safety, or related role.
Strong understanding of safety regulations, compliance requirements, and ISO standards.
Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA) preferred.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing compliance and safety issues.
