Content Creator & Entertainment Lead
Job Purpose
Bravo Coco Beach Ltd is looking for a Content Creator & Entertainment Lead who will be responsible for developing engaging digital content and overseeing on-site entertainment activities at Bravo Coco Beach. This role combines creative media production with hands-on management of entertainment systems and experiences, ensuring a vibrant atmosphere that enhances customer engagement both online and on-site.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Social Media Management
Capture high-quality photos and videos showcasing beach activities, events, food, and guest experiences.
Plan and execute professional photoshoots during events for social media posting, marketing campaigns, and other promotional use.
Create and edit engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Plan and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Manage all social media accounts, including posting, responding to comments, and audience engagement.
Monitor trends and incorporate relevant ideas to grow online presence and brand visibility.
2. Entertainment & Guest Experience
Plan, organize, and execute entertainment activities and beach events.
Act as host/MC when required to engage guests and create a lively atmosphere.
Coordinate music, shows, and themed entertainment suitable for guests.
3. Sound & Technical Management
Set up, operate, and maintain the sound system for daily operations and events.
Ensure proper audio quality and troubleshoot any technical issues promptly.
4. DJ & Music Curation
Serve as the in-house DJ, curating playlists that match the venue’s vibe and audience.
Adjust music style based on time of day, crowd, and special events.
Collaborate with guest DJs or performers when needed.
5. Compliance & Standards Management
Ensure all entertainment Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed by all service providers.
Oversee and coordinate external and internal performers including guest DJs, live bands, performers, and other entertainment providers to ensure compliance with Bravo Coco Beach standards.
6. Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with the Marketing, Entertainment & Customer Experience Manager to align content and entertainment with business goals.
Provide regular updates on social media performance and event success.
Suggest improvements to enhance guest experience and brand presence.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Basic photography and video editing skills (e.g., mobile apps or editing software).
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
Experience as a DJ or strong music sense is highly preferred.
Prior experience in event hosting, entertainment coordination, or DJ/music curation.
Hands-on experience with sound system setup and troubleshooting.
Core Competencies
Proven track record of growing social media presence and audience engagement.
Knowledge of sound systems and basic technical troubleshooting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative, energetic, and adaptable personality.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
