On behalf of our well-established client, Favorite hr services (FHS) is now looking forward to recruiting a Country General Manager to be stationed in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
Reports to: Group CEO
Job Purpose
To plan, direct, and manage staff in Tanzania and material resources to enable the provision of safe, cost-effective, and high-quality service (professional medical pathology and administrative services) in line with the client needs and organization objectives
Prefered Education
Masters of Business Administration
Bachelor’s degree in Science / Healthcare related field
Preferred Knowledge
Collaborator
Meditech
HRIS
Ms. Office (Document/Report writing, trend analysis on Excel, Training Presentations)
Intranet/Internet
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to medical pathology
Knowledge of laboratory standard operating procedures and processes
Relevant Experience
More than 10 years of relevant working experience 5 years of which are in management

Financial – EBITDA, cash flow, and G&A cost control
