Position: Country Programme Lead - Tanzania
Job Description:
Provide overall programme direction and lead the team on programme implementation.
Align the programmes to the strategic objectives by setting and managing annual work plans and budgets.
Ensure that the organisation has agreements in place with relevant government authorities, civil society partner organisations and wider partner organisations to achieve its goals.
Ensure submission of accurate and timely reports complying with grant agreements.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 5 years minimum working experience in the social or international development field in senior programme management.
Demonstrable experience with programme and grant management, including project planning and budgeting, initiation, implementation, reporting and closure.
Experience of managing budgets and finances.
Proven experience of line management of staff.
