JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER CARE 1 POST
Job description
Give customers information about products and services offered
To manage customer queries and complaints
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Qualifications
A minimum of at least a Diploma in fields of business, finance, economics, social sciences, and any other related fields
Should not be less than 25 and not more than 36 years of age
At least 2 years of work experience in a recognized Microfinance Institution or commercial Bank with exposure to loan Processing
Sound knowledge of Microfinance, principles, and practice of banking i.e Credit analytical skills, sales and marketing skills, and strong public speaking skills
