Our bank committed to offering various banking services to the businesses and public in general.Customer Care ManagerKey Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo enhance service delivery and ensure high standards of customer service are maintainedTo manage effective and efficient customer service delivery by ensuring customers are promptly assisted at all times with any matters relating to the bank e.g cash transaction deposits, withdrawals, transfers etc.To act as the prime interface between the bank and the client, maintaining good customer relations and ensuring that customer needs are met within the strategic objectives of the bank.Develop the branch retail business base and ensure that targets are met and focus on business growthManagement of branch operations.
