Job Qualifications /Experience 

A Bachelor's degree in business management or related field. 
A minimum of 5 years in customer service management 
Extensive experience in a call center environment 
Detailed understanding of call centre processes & KPIs 
Good reporting and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail 
Ability to influence and collaborate with a cross-functional team 
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the confidence to interact at all levels of the organization
