Wananchi Cable Tanzania Limited (WCTL) is part of the Wananchi Group and one of East Africa's leading broadband Internet service providers. 
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will work independently to provide professional and focused customer service both internally and externally. He/she will be reporting to Team Leader - CE TZ 
Key Roles: 

Prepare plans and viable strategies for achievement of set sales targets. 
Monitor the performance of the team assigned and recommend changes if any 
Retaining existing clients to develop repeat business relationship and maximize revenue 
Collect, analyses and communicate market & competitor intelligence for business improvement 
To lead, develop and motivate the sales team and lease with sales training coordinator to ensure that the team assigned is continuously trained and motivated 

Qualifications: 

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing or Business Adminstration 
2 years Customer Service Experience, in Technical Support 
Experience in telecom projects And deployment. 
Excellent communication skills
