Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in data center, telecom, or critical facility operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong technical knowledge of data center infrastructure (power systems, cooling, UPS, generators).
Good understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies promptly.
