DECLARATION OFFICER
HR World Limited on behalf of our client we are looking for a Declaration Officer to ensure that the preparation of all the documentation which are involved in the exportaion of cargo&ensure that the cargo is secured before shipment to other countries
Roles and Responsibilities;
Ensure all documents required for declaration are in order&uploading all transit declaration creation to customs
Handle all queries with the assistance of Export Supervisor
Ensure declaration is correctly done&in time upon receipt of all clearing documents such as bookings, invoice, parking list, export permit, authorization letter&repack bill (manifest) from the client upon the confirmation of the Export Supervisor.
On time sending of the scanned report (documents) to Shipping linea&client.
Following up on export Bond validation from customs.
Process the invoices&forward to finance for further processing and payments.
Experience;
Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Clearing and forwarding or related courses with minimum of 2 year’s, experience in declarations.
Proper documents management
Excellent knowledge of TRA, TANCIS online systems.
