DEPOT SUPERVISORINDUSTRY:OIL AND GASHR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Depot Supervisor to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of depots and supply locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the Fuel Operations Manager to ensure that customer deliveries are made within the required timeframe.
Ensure that all plant, equipment, and facilities at the depot are maintained correctly and are in good working order.
Ensure that the office, yard, and warehouse are kept in a clean and tidy condition.
Deal with customer problems or complaints in a timely manner.
Ensure drivers hours are monitored and utilised.
Ensure adequate stock levels of fuels, lubricants and other products are kept at all times.
Promote a high level of customer service and delivery excellence.
Keep costs within acceptable budgeted limits without negating quality or compliance for the business.
Chair or assist with disciplinary or grievance hearings as required.
Work with Fuel Operations Manager to ensure that vehicles are correctly maintained and both vehicles and drivers always remain compliant with relevant legislation.
Ensure weekly H&S and security checks are completed
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or other related field.
Must have over 5 years of experience working in oil and gas industry
Full understanding of the global best practices and value chain functioning of the oil & gas sector.
Must possess exceptional managerial and leadership skills.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools.
